Ms. Crain is an extensively accomplished intellectual property professional and has been a part of our litigation and internet team for over twenty-five years. She is one of the first paralegals in the nation to specialize in internet related matters, both foreign and domestic. Ms. Crain attends court appearances, mediations, and chairs assistance at counsel table during federal court proceedings, including trial. She handles multi-district matters, all stages of proceedings in the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), investigation and research in particularly complex cases, and was lead paralegal in the first Anticybersquatting
Consumer Protection Act ("ACPA") cases in the nation to prevail to
judgment, and many more since that time, and assists in all aspects of federal court litigation, through trial and appeal. |
