• Ms. Crain is an experienced paralegal and has been a part of our team since 1995.
• One of the first paralegals in the nation to specialize exclusively in internet related matters, both foreign and domestic.
• Assigned to cases involving domain registration, transfer, monitoring, and dispute, as well as litigation.
• Ms. Crain assisted with us in one of the first Anticyberpiracy Consumer Protection Act cases in the nation which prevailed to judgment.
• Experienced in assisting in all aspects of Federal court litigation, including substantial participation at trial.
